The Flat

Holiday rental on the heights of Grasse in the Parc "Prado", very nice furnished flat of 35 sqm (2 rooms) with Air conditioning and a terrace of 8 sqm, quiet in the middle of nature, luminous South-West, 4th floor with a lift, panoramic view.

The flat is composed of an entrance, a roomy living-room with a sofa bed (2 persons) and Air conditioning, an equipped kitchen, a terrace, 1 bedroom with a double bed and Air conditioning, a new bathroom with shower and a separate restroom.

3 minutes drive from Grasse city center, 20 minutes drive from beach (Cannes Croisette). Very close to public transports.

New facilities, bed linen included optional (price on request). Non-smoking, no pets.

Prices

Weekly rental whole year for 2 persons (occupancy taxes and fees not included)

- November to April included (except school holidays): 300 € per week

- School holidays (Christmas, Winter, Spring, Easter,...): 380 € per week

- May & October: 380 € per week

- June & September: 420 € per week

- July: 480 € per week

- August: 530 € per week

Extra cost:

- Cleaning fee 40€ mandatory

- Bed linen and towels not provided: price on request

- After 2 persons 5€ per night per child from 6 to 13 years old (included)

- After 2 persons 10€ per night per person over 13 years old

Cannes is a traditional city oriented to sea activities, with a Yacht Club, a nautical center where you can practice sailing, diving and windsurf.
